JTEST-AI Career Skills Training Partner
In August 2016, theAir Force introduced the newest DOD initiative, the Job Training, Employment Skills Training, Apprenticeships and Internships program (JTEST-AI). Through this program, transitioning Airmen can apply to participate in apprenticeships and internships in the civilian workforce during their last 180 days on active duty. While not guaranteed, participating employers may offer paid employment at the end of the training period, once the employee leaves active duty.
In 2018 Konami Gaming became an approved Career Skills Program (CSP) in partnership with Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. Through the JTEST-AI program Konami provides civilian internships for qualifying Airmen transitioning from Active Duty to the Civilian workforce.
We are not just looking to fill positions at Konami. We look for talent that we want to work alongside, learn from and those we can teach.
